Transfreight Logistics Limited is committed to provide high quality, efficient, customized and professional services to ensure satisfaction of all the clients’ requirements’. This achievement will result in: efficiency, a strong customer focus and enhanced long term sustainability within the organization. The requirements of this quality management system are considered mandatory to all employees.
The directors of the company recognize their responsibility for managing quality within the company’s activities and have established a quality management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
We undertake to ensure sufficient resources are available within the organization to achieve this. Quality is the aim of all members of this organization and it is actualized through communication, engagement, practical example, and continual training.
Through direction and support from top management, each employee of the organization will have a proper understanding of the importance of the quality system function, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, and its direct relevance to the success of the organization.
Top managements’ regular participation in the monitoring, measurement and evaluation of the performance of the QMS is focused on acting on opportunities for continual improvement.
Transfreight Logistics Limited has implemented an internal audit program to ensure the ongoing suitability and the conformity of the QMS is achieved. The QMS has full support of all the directors, staff and associates. All staff has been provided with a copy of this document, and this remains available in the TFL document system for further reference.
This policy shall be reviewed periodically depending on the necessary changes in national legislation and regulations.

The Certification granted to us by Bureau Veritas is one of the accomplishments we are most proud of.
Bureau Veritas is an institution based in Belgium and it has been dealing with TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) since 1828. Part of the reason why we are so gratified by this recognition lies in the fact that Bureau Veritas core values are integrity and ethics, impartial counsel and validation, customer focus and safety at work – values that we certainly share and hold in high esteem.
Furthermore, Bureau Veritas is recognized and accredited by over 55 major national and international organization, so their approval of our work means that we are running a company which can be trusted on a global scale.
Our Control Service on raw materials, semi-finished materials and manufactoring processes has been attested with this Certification after being found to be in accordance with our stated procedural guideline.
